Who normally qualifies?

This is built for K–8, K–5, or 6–8 schools with cohort-based scheduling.

Your school is likely a good fit if:

• You serve fewer than 400 K–8 students.
• Your school operates with one or two bell schedules.
• Students are scheduled primarily by grade, homeroom, cohort, or class section.
• Most students in the same section move through their schedule together.
• Your school already knows which students belong in each section or group.
• You can provide your scheduling information using our spreadsheet templates.

The typical school is a K–8 school coordinating elementary and middle school schedules with shared specialist teachers and classrooms.

4. We get busy scheduling

Once we have everything we need, we’ll get to work. You’ll pay 50% ($1,247.50) when your project begins.
